Katherine Gordon | Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner PMHNP-BC, MPH
Katherine treats and manages mental illness with a whole-person approach that values finding and healing the source of psychiatric symptoms. She provides psychiatric medication management and solution-focused therapy for adults and children suffering from depression, anxiety, eating disorder, OCD, chronic fatigue, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. Katherine utilizes various modalities within the mental health field to provide patient-centered healthcare. These may include screenings and questionnaires, bloodwork, genetic testing, and referrals for sleep studies or inpatient/outpatient care. Katherine has worked in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings and provides consultation for both intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs. Katherine is a native Oregonian. She enjoys cooking, knitting, getting away to the coast and playing cribbage in her free time.
Jeffrey Sperla | Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner PMHNP-BC
Jeff provides psychiatric medication management and different forms of psychotherapy for a number of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, OCD and ADHD. Jeff believes psychiatric care should be in-person to foster good communication and connection and works diligently to support his patients in being active participants in their mental health. He aims to help those treated poorly in the past by other health care providers. Jeff works with his patients to build resilience, independence, and problem-solving skills, with or without medications. Jeff has been in the mental health field for 7 years and has experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. Jeff has 12 years of sobriety in AA and enjoys teaching moral and spiritual principles. He has a B.S. in kinesiology and incorporates his knowledge about nutrition and exercise into his psychiatric care. In his free time Jeff enjoys golfing, reading, and cycling around the Eugene/Springfield area.
